National Defense Magazine equips its readers with information they can use. It helps its readers stay on top of market trends, scientific breakthroughs, product development and military programs by bringing them news and views from the Pentagon, the administration, Congress and industry.

Subscription Options

There are 3 different ways, outlined below, to get a subscription to National Defense.

• Trial Subscription
  You can signup online to receive a 6-month trial subscription to National Defense.

• Subscription With NDIA Membership
  You will receive a subscription to National Defense as part of your membership with NDIA. Membership information is available on the NDIA web site.

• Regular Subscription
  Regular subscriptions to National Defense can be purchased on NDIA's secure web site.

Additional Subscription Information

• NDIA retains subscription information on file for six months after a subscription expiration date. Magazine mailings cease on expiration date.
• Renewed subscriptions begin on the previous subscription’s expiration date, unless six months have elapsed. Two months prior to the expiration date, a renewal form will be mailed to the subscriber. When filling out the renewal form, please include the NDIA account number, which is a six digit number that appears on the top left of the magazine’s mailing label, above the subscriber’s name.

Requests

• Claims for missing issues will be honored only up to four months after subscription’s expiration date. This restriction does not affect renewed subscribers. Include the NDIA account number on all claims requests.
• Back issues are available at $8 per copy. Back issues of more than 1 year old are $10. Please check for availability.
• Refund requests will not be honored after six months of receipt of payment.
