Protective Computer Cases for Frequent Fliers

A rugged notebook computer case that was originally developed for the military is now available for travelers who are reluctant to check their computers in hit-or-miss airline baggage operations.

Manufactured by Security Engineered Machinery of Westboro, Mass., the lightweight, high impact, roto-molded polyethylene cases are waterproof, lockable and compatible with decontamination agents, says a spokesman.

And for the fashion conscious, the protective containers come in four colors and are equipped with a convenient carrying strap.
