Protective Computer Cases for Frequent Fliers

By Robert H. Williams

Protective computer casesA rugged notebook computer case that was originally developed for the military is now available for travelers who are reluctant to check their computers in hit-or-miss airline baggage operations.

Manufactured by Security Engineered Machinery of Westboro, Mass., the lightweight, high impact, roto-molded polyethylene cases are waterproof, lockable and compatible with decontamination agents, says a spokesman.

And for the fashion conscious, the protective containers come in four colors and are equipped with a convenient carrying strap.
