Periscope Helps Protect Troops or Cops

A hand held periscope with variable 4x to 9x zoom is now available for military or law enforcement use. Equipped with an attachment for a flashlight or camera, the SWAT Scope is designed for looking around or over obstacles. It gives the user “cover” from potential hostile fire or keeps the user from being seen. It can be employed at night by adding a night-vision scope to the eye piece. Produced by Wintron Technologies of Howard, Pa., the periscope features polished glass prisms and lenses, and is sheathed in an aluminum alloy casing. SWAT Scope is being sold for less than $200.
