Moving Map Display Unveiled

Two technology companies are offering a moving, digital map for helicopters and fixed wing aircraft. Barco and EuroAvionics have put together a combination of software and hardware that can be adapted to a broad range of mission requirements.

A Barco spokesman says that the integrated system can be installed as a stand-alone cockpit solution or as part of an integrated flight instruments system.
