Albertson Given Cork Award

2,011

Terry L. Albertson (left), a partner at Crowell & Moring, has been awarded the National Defense Industrial Association’s Procurement Division Howard H. Cork Memorial Award for 2010.

The award, presented to Albertson by Procurement Division Chair Karen Manos  (right) in a March ceremony in Williamsburg, Va., has been given annually since 1967 to a Procurement Division member who has devoted extensive time and energy for the general good of the association, the defense industry and government.

Widely recognized as an expert in government contract law, Albertson has been a member of NDIA for more than 25 years and has freely shared his experience and learned views on complex finance issues. He has also participated in many NDIA-sponsored panel discussions, and has prepared legal briefs on the association’s behalf.
