Honeywell Analytics of Lincolnshire, Ill., has unveiled two gas monitors that can detect gas leaks at school, industrial, medical, research and nanotech labs, the company says.
A portable single point monitor, or SPM, relies on a technology that identifies gasses down to parts per billion levels. The system also offers a built-in air sampling pump and NEMA 4X enclosure. Its other product — Midas — is based on an electrochemical sensing component, abetted by Power over Ethernet communications, relays and reporting technology with an optional pryolyzer.
